Marigold Greetings ("we") runs marigoldgreetings.com. This page explains what we keep and why, in plain words.

What we keep

Your email address and sign-in details, the cards you pick or buy, the notes, signatures and names you write on cards, and the links you make. If you write to us through the help page, we keep your email and question so we can answer.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us whether a payment went through and when your membership renews.

Card links

Anyone who has a card link can open that card and read the note on it. Only share a link with the person it's for. Links don't expire.

How we use it

To run your account, show your library, open the cards you send, take payments and answer your questions. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can cancel your membership anytime from My account. To ask for your account and notes to be deleted, contact us through the help page.
